Slight delay with my AirPods pro when connected to my MacBook

Since this issue is not occurring while connected to your iPhone, try the following steps to troubleshoot your Mac:

• First, restart your Mac: Log out, sleep, restart, or shut down your Mac.
• Next, rule out any type of interference: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference.
• If you have a different Wi-Fi network you'd be able to connect to, try connecting your Mac to a different network to test the issue.
• Finally, check to see if this happens while playing audio and video from all apps or programs. You may also want to try quitting or closing the app, website, or program, and reopening it to see if that makes any difference.
