Connect ps4 to a type c monitor

Is there an adapter or a way to connect Ps4 to LG UltraFine 5K Display?

No. The LG 5K Ultra Fine 5K display is not simply USB-C it actually requires a Thunderbolt 3 signal. There is no way to convert the HDMI video signal from the PS4 into a full Thunderbolt 3 signal to drive the monitor without a lot of hardware.

There is no adapter that can do this.
