One of my AirPod's main speaker randomly stopped working today after 3 months of use. I know that this falls under the warranty, but it seems like I can't make a warranty claim unless I do it in person.
My state is currently on lock-down because of COVID-19 and every Apple store is closed. I physically cannot make a claim in person. Can I do it online or over the phone?

I called Apple yesterday for a warranty issue. They sent me a replacement product that was delivered the next day via FedEx in NJ. I only needed to supply a credit card to insure that I send the faulty product back. Very happy with the service.
