How can I find further access the option of pasting a google image into the cd cover album when "find cd info" does not compile the album artwork?
I tried to paste the image within the "edit info" yet no results will adhere with the action.

Perhaps the files are read only.
Pick one of the songs that won't accept the artwork. Using iTunes, click on Edit/Song Info/File and on the File tab, look for the location. Here's an example in the screenshot below:
Location shows the full file path and file name for the song.
Now find the song's file using File Manager. On the General tab, look for the Atributes section. What does the Read Only box have in it? It needs to be empty, like the one in the screenshot. If it has a tick, that will be why you can't add artwork. Turn the tick off and then try adding the artwork:

When using Windows, the method for pasting artwork into an album is to use CTRL+V. There is no "paste" function.
This does not work. I signed out and in, to see it after the attempt of pasting it with CTRL+V and it will show the preview yet offers no prevailing. It does not work, mayhap unfortanately on my personal laptop for any number of reasons.
Nor does the "get artwork" tab load--from the getcho.
