The kid sometimes buys movies on the AppleTV 4 when she plays with the remote.
I can get a refund so that's fine, but I'd rather be able to require a password for all purchases.
I obviously have had the setting to require password for all purchases as well as free downloads. This does not seem to apply for itunes though. Where can I set this for movie purchases?

You can set restrictions on your Apple TV that includes purchases from the iTunes Store and here's how you do it: Use Restrictions on your Apple TV
There's even a way to Manage your iTunes Store and App Store password preferences to require a password every 15 minutes when making purchases.
