I need help

last night I bought a $25 dollar apple gift card, I put it in my phone and I bought one thing for 10 dollars. The next day which is today I wanted to buy something, but I checked my account and it said I had 0.22 left, every time I get a gift card this happens. Why?, and how do I fix it?!! Please Help Me Out..!

I added 100 gift card on June 16 to my Apple account. I purchased an item from an app and my credit card was charged - and now I no longer f I added 100 gift card to my Apple account on June 16 I purchased an item which should have taken my $100 in Apple funds. However my credit card was charged for the full purchase and now it shows no funds in my Apple ID I have never had an issue and I saw the 100 go into my account it was an Apple gift card from target
