Microphone in headphones not working
When using headphones (wired) for phone calls people say I sound muffled/they can’t hear me. I can hear them fine. iPhone 11

I understand that when you use wired headphones on phone calls, you voice sounds muffled or you can't be heard. You are able to hear fine. I would recommend starting with the troubleshooting in the following support article to troubleshoot the headphones:
