Homepod for weather says "Somethings wrong"

Hi everyone I Need some assistance with my homepod. I usually ask other questions like what time is it, news, etc..but after updating to 13.4 I asked siri hows the weather today and it will keep on saying "Sorry something's wrong" so I read online about if I go into the home app settings and turn off recognize my voice that will get rid of the issue which it did, but on the home app where the homepod is located it shows a red exclamation mark and it says "Apple ID" not sure what that is about so not sure how to fix this

Yes location services are enabled..seems like the issue with the weather resolved itself even with recognize my voice turned ON..now the issue is that under "My Home" for "Bedroom HomePod" it shows apple ID in RED and an exclamation mark next to it not sure what that means
