Has anyone else had a neon green vertical line appear on their iPhone 11 Pro screen? This just happened to me, and I have no clue how to fix it. Do I need to send it in for repair or is this something I can fix on my own?

This is likely a hardware issue, I think the hardware repair needed. You should get it repaired by Apple Store (most stores are temporary closed) or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Especially if you have a iPhone 11, you are definitely under the one year limited warranty. So Apple will fix the issue for free as long as there's no physical or liquid damage.
