Has anyone else had a neon green vertical line appear on their iPhone 11 Pro screen? This just happened to me, and I have no clue how to fix it. Do I need to send it in for repair or is this something I can fix on my own?

Thanks for using the  Apple Support Communities.
This is likely a hardware issue, I think the hardware repair needed. You should get it repaired by Apple Store (most stores are temporary closed) or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Especially if you have a iPhone 11, you are definitely under the one year limited warranty. So Apple will fix the issue for free as long as there's no physical or liquid damage. Please contact Apple Support to get further assistance.
