Family Apple Music to Verizon Based individual plans

Moved from apple music family plan to individual verizon based plans for family (4 people). 2 of the phones gave a "This subscription already used with another Apple ID" error when trying to make the move. I think these subscriptions need to be reset so they can be aligned to their respective apple ID's again. Can you help?
