No bootable device insert boot disk and press any key problem, keyboard not working accidently deleted macintosh hd and windows os

Hi guys,

I'm using a 15" mid 2012 mac-book pro. My dual boot wasn't working that well because there wasn't enough storage so I thought that I could wipe my mac. So using, command-r I deleted all my macintosh HD + data and windows bootcamp files. I restarted my computer and "No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key" popped up on the screen. I've spent the whole afternoon researching about what to do. I've tried the command-r and holding alt/option but nothing seems to be working. I think my keyboard isn't working either. I've also tried downloading windows 10 from Microsoft onto a usb to try and recover my device. I'm not sure if my backups are still on my computer anymore. Please help!

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.15

Before you get a second Mac involved, if Internet Recovery works, we should use it. Consider using a wired connection, instead of a wireless connection for Internet Recovery. You need to download about 2+ GB from Apple CDN to be able to bring up Internet Recovery and wireless can be slow.

Also, look at Transfer files between two Mac computers using target disk mode - Apple Support and check if you have the appropriate cables, if needed.
