Apple TV 4k Quality Issues

Ive been battling this since getting the Apple TV 4 then the 4K. I have a Vizio Smartcast TV, 60". The quality of something like Netflix while watching using Smartcast is crisp and clear, as I would expect. The same show through the ATV isn't as crisp and video just doesn't "move" the same. Im referring to that realistic feel of HD 4k. Ive isolated it to the ATV. Ive gone through numerous high end cables, played with all the settings for the TV and the ATV, countlessly. The ATV is connected via ethernet now and network connectivity is not the issue, as shown while using Smartcast. I just cant not get the quality of the ATV to match that of the Smartcast and Im at a loss.

Photo of my settings attached(sorry its sideways). They're pretty basic and idiot proof, so Im not sure where the issue is.

Can you elaborate on the ‘crispness’ and ‘movement’ that you experience?

Try this: Match Content﹥Match Frame Rate﹥On. That should help with ‘cinematic’ movement of 24 fps/Hz, which is used in many modern drama/action TV shows.

The photo doesn’t show it, so I’ll add this to try, too: Format: 4K HDR: 50 Hz/60 Hz. The base frame rate should match what the TV expects; normally 60 Hz for North American NTSC countries.
