The Ar 3D for animal on google doesn’t work

Hi / why I am not able to see the famous 3D animal AR with google with my iPhone X or iPad Pro updated iOS 13

AR animals are not working in my space. I’ve checked google services for AR and it is installed On My I p x I can’t see the AR animals in my space on my IPhone X. I do have the updated version of google services for AR. all I get is a big grey hand with a phone in my space. I’ve moved it to different areas and it still doesn’t work.

Augmented reality I am trying to use Animals in 3D provided by Google but the button of view in 3D doesn't appear either in Safari Nor in Chrome . I have iphone x updated to the latest version of IOS 13.4 and I allowed the safari to have access to the camera , but all this soluations didn't work. Any suggestions ? thanx

It is very difficult to try and shoot in the sniper 3D game using iPhone 11. I can’t shoot playing Sniper 3D with new iPhone 11.

AR 3D for animal is not an Apple Product.

I would suggest reaching out to the developer AND Google about your issues.
