Augmented reality

I am trying to use Animals in 3D provided by Google but the button of view in 3D doesn't appear either in Safari Nor in Chrome . I have iphone x updated to the latest version of IOS 13.4 and I allowed the safari to have access to the camera , but all this soluations didn't work. Any suggestions ? thanx
