Freezing

I got my iPhone 7 Plus last month literally 2 days after having it my phone has got really slow and started to freeze now it’s got worse the phone is in contract I’m not really sure what to do I’m not sure why it’s freezing I haven’t dropped it or anything. Can someone help me?
