Freezing iPhone
I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max in December. I have had it in to the apple store twice before the shutdown for the iPhone freezing. It is still doing this. Who do I contact now?
iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13
They used to replace it if 3rd time didn't fix it, call Apple & calmly ask to speak to a Customer Service Rep.
