Freezing iPhone

I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max in December. I have had it in to the apple store twice before the shutdown for the iPhone freezing. It is still doing this. Who do I contact now?

You contact Apple support, there is a contact apple tab at the top right of the forum.
