iPhone charging overnight woke up and it won't turn on and it's overheated

Hello,

I left my iPhone plugged into my macbook all night, and I just woke up and it was overheated, and won't turn on at all. It's an iPhone 10. Please help.

Hello,

1) Start here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

2) Check the charging port for lint or other debris: How to clean your iPhone's charging port

3) Charging issues: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge

4) If your phone continues to get hot, and not merely warm, it should be checked: iPhone Battery & Power Repair
