Catalina 10.15.4 MacBookPro16,1 panic CPU 0

When I close the laptop (not shutdown) for a while, and then open it, I find the system was shutdown, and it had to start from the apple logo.

Anyone has the same problem?

I found here '/Library/StagedExtensions/Library/Application Support/VirtualBox' some .kext files, VBoxDrv.kext, etc. Remove them with 'sudo kextcache -prune-staging'.

Why didn't you use VirtualBox's uninstaller?

Do you have an external drive attached.

A panic without third-party kernel extensions is most likely a hardware problem. That can be internal or external hardware.

if it is internal, the only an Apple Store or certified repair shop would be able to determine what it is.

It also could be a problem with the update. Contact AppleCare so that it gets on their radar.
