How to retain the order of photos when importing into a new shared album?

I'm setting up new shared albums for my travel photos, and want to import the photos into each new shared album in the correct order. They are all showing in reverse order i.e. last (newest) photo is first, and the oldest photo (start of the trip) is last in the album. How can I do this please?

Photos are sorted in shared albums by the order they were added to the album. So you'll need to add them one at a time in the order you want them to be displayed. Tell Apple what missing features you'd like restored or new features added in Photos via Feedback - Photos - Apple

I've figured out a work-around to keep the photos in the original order when importing into a new shared album. If you set up a normal album (not shared) first, you can then click the "share" icon in top menu, click on "Shared album" and set up a new shared album. This will import the photos in the original order into a shared album. But, it will remove all the titles you've added in the normal album - very annoying!
