I downloaded windows 10 on my 2013 MBA and everything went fine, except for that there was never, and still isn't, a bootcamp tool in my taskbar inside the upper carrot symbol. I just don't know what to do. I am trying to get to it to get the trackpad drivers.

If you installed BC drivers in Windows 10 Network Problems - Apple Community, do you still have unknown devices? The Trackpad drivers are also on the USB. If you are referring to the Trackpad tab, look for Control Panel in Cortana.
If you type Control Panel in Cortana, do you a Control Panel? If you type Boot Camp in Cortana, do you see the Bootcamp application?
Does the account you use to log in to Windows have Administrative rights?

Well, the drivers are on there but they are not doing anything

Well right now I can’t two finger click for right clicking and I can’t scroll

I can get to control panel, but I also tried the cortana thing with boot camp and nothing came up except searching the web for it - should I try deleting and reinstalling windows?
