Check for updates, then restart and try again.
Failing that, back up, wipe, reload iPadOS, restore your backup, and try again.
If the problem persists, and given it effects multiple games, contact Apple Support using the link in the upper right.

I try all i restore it update it change my Apple ID everything but I can’t sometimes I want to throw it. it’s only 2 month old I m using apple products from long time but this time I feel bad their is curfew in my country what to do I can’t buy new one
A backup and restore does not change the Apple ID associated with Activation Lock, though you will need the password to your Apple ID.
