App Icons not showing correctly on iPad Pro

I just recently started having a couple of App icons start showing up as a blank icon grid. An example is shown in the attached photo with the DoorDash icon. I have tried cycling power, resetting, and restoring my iPad, along with resetting the home screen layout with no success. I was running iOS 13.3 when this started and have since updated to iOS 13.4 which did not solve the problem. Both of the Apps that are having this issue are Apps optimized for an iPhone, but are shown as compatible with iPad. I have also played around with the App Icon settings of More and Bigger with no success and have also tried changing the Bold Text and Text Size with no success. I am running an iPad Pro (9.7-inch). Any advice?
