App Store password

Can’t reset my App Store password. my app ID aus tied to old email no longer in use so I can’t get notification and my security questions won’t work. Trying to buy a new app. Help

If you're still unable to reset the security questions, see if you can regain access to the email address that you've been using for your Apple ID. You can typically find instructions on how to reset passwords from the webmail portal of your email service provider.
