Apple music sharing options

Hi - I have a family subscription for apple music. Its just me and my two kids who are both under 13. We want to share playlists - and can send them. I know that I have published playlists - which i can see - but my kids are not able to search for it.. and they don't have the option to publish playlists - as this option - turn on "Show on My Profile and in Search" when you create the playlist - is not available.

Is this a restriction for child subscriptions? or does anyone know how to enable my kids to publish music - but also enable them to search for my published playlists?
