Collaborative Playlists for Apple Music Using Family Subscription

Come on, it is a no brainer. How come it is not possible to make a playlist that a family sharing a family subscription where all family members are able to edit and share together? And please do not reply with instructions on sharing a playlist. This is about collaborating on a playlist?
