New Ipad Pro 2020 auto typing annoys

I am crazy, i do not know how or where to disable dictation type (that is disable) but this silly ipad keeps typing any voice here.. I hate it.. please help..

Settings > General > Keyboard > Enable Dictation - set to OFF
