Connecting to a network

I think you meant you meant that you want to connect to a WiFi Network.

Open Settings ➔ WiFi ➔ Turn WiFi ON if it is off and that should you a list of available WiFi Networks. Tap on the one you want to connect to and enter the password to that WiFi Network. You will be connected then.
