iMac on the blink

just had my imac repaired via applecare on site warranty and now 2 weeks later its out of order again. is there an after hours phone number. 2 weeks ago I rang on a sunday and got through to a technician in new zealand. I rang the same number today (sunday) and a recorded message said there is no one there. please ring again monday, Really?

Accidental Damage Hi, how long I have to wait to speak with an advisor? I waited more than an hour to speak with them. I have no time to wait so long. My iMac Pro Serial #C0****V2L has damage screen. So, I need maintenance service to fix it as soon as possible. This is my son's laptop who need this for his online summer class. This is an international forum, you will need to call them when they come back online. As I am in the USA I would have no idea about that in NZ.

Good luck though, I'm sure it will get sorted out. Apple guarantees the repair work for 90 days.
