Accidental Damage

Hi, how long I have to wait to speak with an advisor? I waited more than an hour to speak with them. I have no time to wait so long. My iMac Pro Serial #C0****V2L has damage screen. So, I need maintenance service to fix it as soon as possible. This is my son's laptop who need this for his online summer class. I hope it's still covered with apple care so I just need a shipping level. I have a proper box to mail it. Please just email the shipping level to *****@ymail.com (apple id).
