Carrier signal/data

just bought my iPhone and it’s updated to the latest version but I have problems with my data/LTE going away at random or random lag,same problem with hotspot

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Hotspot is linked with your Cellular data. If you have difficulty in your cellular data correct that first. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) The agency who issued the SIM to you.


Carrier Update (Required): Released by your Cellular Service provider (Carrier Update), affects your Outgoing / Incoming calls, SMS, Data etc..



How to Update Carrier Settings

You can manually check for and install a carrier settings update with these steps: Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
