problem with apple store

When I open the Apple store it ask to update and when I update it there is a message that safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid......

You will have to download it from App store not on Safari over internet

Are you logged into the App Store from a region that you are not currently present?

I didn’t open it from safari......when I click the update button it goes to safari........
