unable to reset my security questions for my apple id
Hi , I am unable to reset my security questions answers and now it’s not allowing me to reset my question without answering the previous questions. Can someone suggest me asap please? Thanks

Did you get a message saying basically "we don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions?" If yes, see
Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303 (this section Employee privacy and security policies).
This section says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”
Do you have any information that might help Apple solve your problem?

For example, if you are rightful owner of an iPhone that is activation locked and you have a purchase receipt with the phone's serial number on it, then Apple might be able to help you. At this point it would probably have to be online help since most Apple Stores are closed currently. I am not sure how amenable Apple is to considering such receipts online at this time.

Sign into Apple ID: Your Account for Everything Apple https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin using your Apple ID/Password and reset them there. Have you tried that? What happens when you do?
I tried that but it’s asking answers to my previous questions that I set , which I don’t remember. It’s mandatory. So I m unable to proceed
Yes I do get it sometimes. So what’s the solution for that ?

Eric , I tried that but no luck . It gets error out stating that we don’t hv enough info to reset . I m literally worried .
