How to sync iphone to itunes using wifi

My cable chord has a problem, everytime i’m going to plugged it in my mac its always ‘buzzing’ in and out, so i’m trying to sync or backup my iphone 6s (ios13) via wifi but there is no option of that on my phone, even though when I searched it online this is an alternative option instead of plugging it in.

(note: i do not want to use icloud since I have alot of files on my phone) usually the optom would be below ‘Dictionary’ from the general settings. What can I do?
