Change Apple Maps default view
How does one set the default view in Apple Maps to satellite?

There is no setting to change the default view. I know that you can change the map to Satellite, however after it has not been used for a while, it will revert back to Map. You can provide feedback to Apple if you would like to suggest that setting here, Feedback - iPhone - Apple
