HI my iphone has been disabled and is asking me to connect to itunes but the problem is that i do not know how and that i have never used itunes

If your phone is disabled

Follow the steps in this article:

If you have a backup you can restore it from that

You need to erase your phone using your home computer with iTunes running on it. See this link and follow the directions --> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
