Apple Watch counting too many flights

Since 3-4 days I noticed a sudden increase of flights. Tried to restart, but nothing helps. 84 flights in a day? I wish 😀

It could be that the sensors are not calibrated properly. You can calibrate your Apple Watch using the steps on this article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204516.

Outdoor run race route Hey, I've got the latest update for the apple watch and was keen to compete against my previous runs. I have done the same 'route' including start & stop same spot. Same duration run. Exact same course many many times before. but when i select outdoor run - route - nothing appears. I've given it a few days to collect the data and hope they will appear but nothing. I have checked with other apple watch users who run less frequently and have completed less runs on their routes and theirs are appearing. So not sure what i'm doing wrong. Thanks.

Cupertino still show up on Apple Watch after being deleted from iPhone I have done everything suggested. I deleted Cupertino and New York from world clock on iPhone. Cupertino still shows up on my watch. I live on east coast and could care less about weather on west coast [Re-Titled by Moderator]
