Hi I’ve installed the MacBook Air, Install OS X using Recovery and it’s loaded the first part but it’s now stuck on a page with a loading circle still moving but it’s got a circle with a line through it on the page and it’s been like that for a while now , can anyone help ?

It’s still on the loading page I’ve turned it off then back on but it’s still the same , Apple call centre is closed now so unable to contact them
Did you read the info at the link I provided. You have installed a MacOS that will not work on your hardware. Turning it off and on will not solve that issue.
Yes the original one wouldn’t so I contacted Apple and change it to one that was comparable on my Computer so it was working loading fine then it’s just been on this page For a while so not sure why
