iPhone Bottom Left Speaker/Mic

My iPhone 11 bottom left speaker or mic was working the other day. Both right and left were playing sounds and now the left stopped working out of nowhere. I would like it to be back to normal so what should I do?

Along the bottom edge of the iPhone there is one speaker, one microphone.

The left what appears to be a speaker, is NOT a speaker. It is a microphone, so it NEVER put sound out as it's not capable of outputting sound.
