iPhone screen does not turn off after being turned on (notification for example)

Following the update to iOS 13.4, the iPhone screen does not automatically turn off after receiving a notification or after being switched on.

The screen must be turned off by pressing the button on the right side of the phone.

This issue seems to happen since the last update to iOS 13.4
