Changing country in app store

I want to change the country in the App Store. But in order to do that, it says I need to use all the credits I have. But I have 0.56$ left so I can’t use it anywhere. So, if anyone knows how to empty the credit in the App Store, please guide me. I am new to Apple merchandise so I don’t really know my way round. It would be wonderful if you could share some solutions with me. Thank you.
