Apps on MacOS Not Opening While Connected to WiFi

Hi. I've a 13 inch 2015 model MacBook Pro and it runs MacOS Mojave. It's been more than a month that I'm experiencing some freezings and lags. When I'm connected to a WiFi and I open an application, it just blinks and tries to open. But it never does or opens after a long time; but when I turn off WiFi it immediately opens.

Can you suggest what should I do? Ask for more information if needed.

Alright I figured it out. It seems it has something to do with ocsp.apple.com which is censored/blocked in my country!

I had to point to local ip address from hosts file (For anyone not knowing how: Open terminal > Type this command: sudo nano /etc/hosts > Enter password > Just like examples in the file, write 0.0.0.0 (or 127.0.0.1) ocsp.apple.com > Press Ctrl+O > Done). Problems are solved now. :)

If anyone has any other solutions, I will be glad to hear them.
