Mac Update Failer to High Sierra

Hello,

My Mac stalled during an update from El Capitian to High Sierra.

The Update was taking quite a long time and froze. I choose to hard shut down and now I am stuck.

Does anybody have a link possible to high Sierra I can use as chat support is down.
