iPad mini blanked out WiFi
The WiFi option on my iPad is blanked out cannot access it at all, have set back to factory settings and still not working, can anyone help?

Use iTunes to Reset This:
Connect your iPad to your computer, using a USB cable, and restore your iPad to Factory Settings through use of iTunes. It would be installed anew. Is that how you restored this? If not, try it using this local connection, seeing if it all works out.
