Group text messages

Note that everyone in the group must be using iMessage in order for you to be able to remove people. If anyone is using SMS, you'll need to start a new group without the person you wish to remove.

Tap the info button in the top corner. Find the one you want to delete the swipe them to the left or right and hopefully you will see a delete button, click on that and they should be removed.

Is everyone in the group using iMessage? Or are some people using SMS?

1) People have iPhones may or may not be using iMessage.

2) If anyone in the group is using SMS, you can't delete people.

How many people are in the group chat?

no, if there is less then four you cannot take anyone out it says it right on apple page
