Ipod Disabled
can't enable my Ipod using iTunes as it requests me to do. I have no idea on how to get it to enable. Any ideas

The instructions don't work for me. My kids disabled the iPod. I did get to the point where the finder showed the restore button. But it didn't work. After so long the screen just showed 'disabled connect to iTunes' again. I've tried the restore again but it won't show up in the finder anymore. What do I do now?
