iPhone 7 disabled connect to iTunes

Hey I turned my iPhone 7 off today and then turned back on, it then came up with “iPhone disabled connect to iTunes” i did not enter my passcode wrong, I do not have a backup on a computer and it’s VERY IMPORTANT that I don’t lose data that I can never get back! I’m not happy how can I fix this software malfunction?????????????????

Without a backup, you may lose your data except for data synced to iCloud.

Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled.

I turned my phone off and on and it just happened, I can’t lose my stuff it’s too important, do you know if the helplines are running due to coronavirus?

If you are asking about the Apple Support lines, I am not sure. I don't think they are available on Sundays. Try tomorrow.
