I’ve already read & did everything as per the instructions on support page but I still can’t set any of the songs I’ve purchased as a ringtone. I don’t have a computer so there should be a more simple way to set up a freaking ringtone. It’s not hard to charge money for it but it’s hard to download it? This is ridiculous. I’ve already done what the support page says & nothing’s changed. Now what?

That's correct. You can not use a song as a ringtone. Music and ringtones are different animals.
There are tons of apps out there to convert songs to ringtones. Whether it will work with the song you want will depend on whether it's DRM protected.
