Why does my Bluetooth headphones keep connecting and disconnecting? And is there anything I can do to fix it?

I am sorry, there is nothing that can be done with these cheap AirPods knockoffs. It would be like taking a piece of wood grain linoleum and trying to turn out a pencil. No matter how hard you try, it will never work. Your best option would be to return these knockoffs and purchase a pair of wireless headphones from a known manufacturer. You could purchase AirPods or you could go with another manufacturers. These knockoffs are not good quality products.
