AirPods Max keep cutting out

I bought a new Airpods max yesterday.

but AirPods Max keeps cutting out my music and movies.

and I couldn't find on Bluetooth list. (My iphone , my ipad)

I have to reconnect Airpods. Seems like the first time connect it.

this is a big problem. please help me.
